The album is a sole representation of me in phases. An evolution of myself right from the love for world music and Indian classical and sounds to merging them in Sumukha. Gemini being a total dual fluid personality. Inter fear taking all the internal fears and placing it on the table with my connection with hip hop at the time and eventually becoming a part of me. Golden Rays was purely understated love for what I had achieved in life with all the learnings. Leading to FIVE! Simply put its my number, it’s me — Complicated yet simple. The last track was my loss at my peak, “If you think” is a reminder to myself, if not in person I will still be connected to my Dad through music forever.
